Photography and Privacy

Users are responsible for considering the privacy and rights of people appearing in photographs or videos they publish. Do not publish private or sensitive material about another person without appropriate authorization. Take special care with content displaying:

  • private residences and precise private locations;
  • personal documents and identification information;
  • telephone numbers and private correspondence;
  • access credentials;
  • vehicle registration or financial information;
  • children or minors;
  • security-sensitive information; or
  • other information that could create an unreasonable privacy or safety risk.

Reporting

Users may report content or accounts they reasonably believe violate CQ Gram rules. Reports may concern:

  • harassment, threats, and impersonation;
  • spam and scams;
  • copyright infringement and privacy violations;
  • fraudulent callsign claims;
  • prohibited content; or
  • account compromise.

Reports may be submitted through available reporting features or Contact Us. Knowingly submitting repeated false or malicious reports may itself constitute abuse.

Blocking & User Controls

Where supported, CQ Gram may provide tools to block, mute, restrict, or unfollow other accounts. Blocking does not necessarily erase historical records or prevent every possible interaction.

Meeting Other Users

Users may meet other operators in person at clubs, field days, conventions, or events. CQ Gram does not control private meetings and does not guarantee another user’s identity, intentions, or conduct. Users experiencing serious threats or immediate danger should contact local authorities rather than relying solely on Platform tools.
